CSV vs XLSX for OCR Exports: Which One Should You Download?
OCR tools often give you both CSV and XLSX, but they are not interchangeable in every workflow. The right choice depends on what happens next: editing by hand, importing into another tool, or sharing a file that should open cleanly in almost any spreadsheet app.

When XLSX Is the Better Choice
