GenieTools is a free suite of AI-powered image tools that run entirely in your browser. No account. No watermark. No server. Your images never leave your device.

Why We Built This

Every image tool we tried had the same problems: sign up to use it, watermark your result, charge you after 5 images, upload your private photos to a server somewhere.

The frustrating part? The technology to do all of this locally in a browser has existed for years. WebAssembly lets you run AI models client-side. The Canvas API handles all the image manipulation. There was no technical reason to upload your images to a server — it was just the business model.

So we built GenieTools around a different model: remove all the friction, give the tools away free, and make money through advertising instead of subscriptions.

How It Works

Background removal uses a WebAssembly AI model that runs directly in your browser tab — no GPU server, no API call.
